I get this error when trying to remove a print job that has crashed the
printer. The corresponding log entry is:

localhost - - [07/Apr/2008:09:35:52 +0100] "POST /jobs/ HTTP/1.1" 200
139 Cancel-Job client-error-not-possible

It also causes the gnome print queue applet to constantly bring up
libnotify messages about the printer not being connected.

In my case the problem is actually that the connection to the printer
has died because the printer crashed. The printer is alive after a
restart, but cups still has a dead socket to it.
