Quick update: Upon further investigation it turns out that both applications are neither installed, nor available through synaptic. So for some reason the menu entries are listed in the Gnome menu editor, but the applications themselves are not present.
I don't know which of the two things is supposed to happen, but I see two options: 1) Remove the entries from the menu editor (in case they officially have been replaced by other software), or 2) Make the software available through synaptic and have it installed by default (like it used to be on Gutsy). -- Hardy: missing menu icon art for gnome-cd and cddb-slave2-properties https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/213256 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
