thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Could you give us some
more information to help track down the problem. Could you describe step
by step what you were trying to do when the error occured. If you were
trying to upgrade could you explain what versions you were upgrading
between. Also, if it was an upgrade could you attach the log files found
in /var/log/dist-upgrade
