Public bug reported:
To reproduce:
1. Add the plugin to a panel
2. Open properties, set it to display text instead of flag images
3. Restart (or logout/login) - the setting is lost
The bug seems to be connected to bug #53532: settings do not seem to be
persisted properly. This can be seen by looking at the file
.config/xfce4/panel/xkb-plugin-XXXX.rc - it does not change after
changing (and applying) any of the settings - even the timestamp of the
file is not updated.
