Well, I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 beta and I have the following issue.
I have assigned shift+ctrl to switch between Russian and English (in GNOME
keyboard applet preferences) and the problem is, that pressing shift, then ctrl
actually switches the layout, while ctrl then shift doesn't. This is the first
time I've ever faced such a problem
