In Hardy: If I have the desktop effects turned on, when I wake the
laptop after I suspend it, the password dialog is invisible and a white
screen is displayed instead. Typing the password and pressing Enter
brings back the desktop though.
This is on a Dell XPS M1330 with an nVidia Corporation GeForce 8400M GS
(rev a1) video card.
