The "manpages-dev" package is installed. But there are these issues:
1) I cannot find some man pages out of section 2 via the search, e.g. "socket" (there is only a man page for "Socket", section 3, from the Perl documentation"), "write", etc. I can find others such as "syscalls", "bind", etc. It's not clear me why some are found, and others not. All of them can be opened by addressing them in the yelp location bar, e.g. with "man:socket(2)". 2) The man page index under "Help Topics" / "Advanced Topics" / "Terminal Commands References (man pages)" seems to be incomplete. There is no system calls section, for instance, and the perl man pages that are found via the search, e.g. "Socket(3)", are also not listed. -- no man pages in the "system calls" section https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/213458 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
