liblaunchpad 0 broken,can not install,liblaunchpad 1,can not fix or
remove or do any thing to fix or remove liblaunchpad 0 so update can be
done,can not do update ,can not use evolution e-mail, system keeps
telling me I have a broken file but unable to do anything about
