+ After having installed kubuntu 7.10, I updated the system from the icon
+ on the taskbar in the bottom right corner which downloaded 168 files.
+ After this it promted me that there is a new version of kubuntu 7.10 and
+ asked me if I wished to update, and I said yes. after it download some
+ files it gave me an error (which I don't remember exsactly, but it said
+ that there is another program blocking it and kicked me out of the
+ window. After I went to add/remove program through the taskbar menu....
+ as soon as it lanches it tells me that the is a block which is caused by
+ another program. So then I logged out & relogged and did the same thing
