Well, the problem is the following. It's Ubuntu 8.04 beta and pidgin
2.4.1 (using ICQ) and CP1251 (Windows Cyrilic - Russian) locale. Any
message that was sent to me while I was offline will come to me as soon
as I log in - but all the characters in the message would apppear as
???, so I can never get offline messages
