Public bug reported: This is the opposite of bug #193747. Instead, I can shutdown, but I cannot reboot. If I select reboot, it hangs at the graphical shutdown screen before the progress bar has even moved. If I shutdown, it shuts down and turns off fine. For fun, I did a CTL-ALT-F1 and logged in. As root, I issue the 'reboot' command. It did just as above (hung at graphical shutdown). Then, I repeated the test and this time I entered "shutdown -h now' as root. It worked fine. It seems to be something with the reboot command. I've attached the dmesg.
