Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

It seems that every time i print a page i have to change the options for
header and footer if I want the page to print without the url, title,
page numbers and date. Shouldn't there be an option to set global
settings for this?

It seems it can be set in about:config, but its not apparent or
intuitive in the main interface.
