Public bug reported:

One combined application instead of the two folders full of single-purpose 
applications.
The application needs to provide a comfortable full text-search-facility (like 
eclipse or, sorry,  kde4).
Searching for "screen" should sow all settings closely or slightly related to 
"the screen".
Ideally control center applets could also define keywords which do not appear 
immediately in their dialogs context or description but are merely synonyms for 
some of their content.
