I've checked it in Hardy actually, and just again, since it happened with todays update. I can reproduce it still using 1. sudo dpkg -P flashplugin-nonfree 2. sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree 3. When asked for "Location to the local file", enter "" (nothing) 4. When asked to accept the license, enter "Yes" 5. Then, when the package gets setup, the same questions get asked again. (the previous question appear to happen in the preconfigure phase)
