KInfoCenter prefers hwdata's file over the shipped one (see
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdebase/apps/kinfocenter/usbview/usbdb.cpp?r1=558082&r2=703022)
and since hwdata needs to be fixed as well, I mark this bug invalid for
kdebase-kde4.
