Public bug reported:
the touchpad work correctly when the laptop is powered by ac/cd adapter.
when unplug and run powered by battery it start to malfunction, intermitent.
if plug it again work well again.
also, when running by battery, if unplug the internet (eterneth) the touchpad
work well.
it happends instantly at the moment i plug or unplug, without any messages,
warnings, etc
