Thanks for your bugreport.
This comes from the upstream compiz-manager script. Please check that
you have /etc/xdg/compiz/compiz-manager, it overwrites those settings
with ubuntu sepecific ones (i.e. to use /usr/bin). If that doesn't work
for you, please reopen this report.
