Public bug reported:

Hi,

I upgraded from dapper to edgy some time ago and I am following the
updates regularly. Still, three packages installed on my system are
still from dapper. One has to do with app-install-data-commercial, so I
filed a bug report for that package. Two deal with X.org and I believe
upgrading them is the responsibility of update-manager, hence this bug
report.

xutils depends on imake, which is provided by xutils-dev in edgy, and imake in
dapper.
xutils depends on makedepend, which is provided by xutils-dev in edgy, and
makedepend in dapper.

The problem is this: in dapper, I had imake and makedepend as separate
packages. In edgy, they don't exist anymore. I believe that update-
manager should install xutils-dev and deinstall imake and makedepend
during an upgrade.
