* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
- debian/patches/02_add_new_alias_settings.dpatch
* add patch 03_enable_bitmaps to enable embedded bitmaps for sizes < 17px
and force displaying 13px bitmaps when 14px is not available. (LP: #203571)
* fix defoma-hints file to include ISO10646-1 charset and to fix the
family name shown under X.
