Hi I've just completed the partial upgrade made available for Hardy this
morning.
Upgrade completed successfully but when I rebooted the boot process hung
on the 'Ubuntu splash screen' after waiting for several minutes a
limited command line (sorry can't remeber exactly the type intfrms??) -
I then rebooted into a previous version of the kernel to file this
report.
Description: Ubuntu hardy (development branch)
Release: 8.04
I was trying to boot into the following kernel at the time the reboot failed
