close this report.  Peter if you are still experiencing issues, care to
open a new bug report?  Please be sure to include the following
information per the kernel team's bug policy.  Please be sure to attach
each file as a separate attachment.

* cat /proc/version_signature > version.log
* dmesg > dmesg.log
* sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log

It would also be a good idea to wait to capture the dmesg output until
after you see the numpad quit working.  Hopefully some interesting
messages will get logged to help debug.  For more information regarding
