This bug was reported a while ago but there hasn't been any recent
activity. I'm curious if you could test the latest Hardy Heron 8.04
release and verify if this is still an issue -
http://www.ubuntu.com/testing . You should be able to then test the new
kernel via the LiveCD. Please let us know your results. Thanks.
