Not a critical bug by any means:
I do a shutdown. The shutdown splash comes up, 2 seconds later my scren
flashes black for a few hundred ms, and then come back to complete the
graphical shutdown. The shutdown completes fine, but do we need to turn
off the screen like that half way through bootdown?
