Note that before upgrading to Hardy Heron from Gutsy Gibbon sound worked
well. The volume is not turned off, on the contrary it seems to be well
detected.
Result of my cat /proc/asound/cards command :
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/var/log$ cat /proc/asound/cards
0 [NVidia ]: HDA-Intel - HDA NVidia
HDA NVidia at 0xfe020000 irq 19
