Thank you for your bug report. Do you use network-manager? Is you
internet access working before the gnome-panel start? Do you get the
weather informations after a while? Does it work after restarting the
session once the network connection is working? Copying Vincent on the
bug who is upstream and did the recent changes, I already talked to him
about a similar issue yesterday
