First, thanks for the workaround.
I blacklisted the saa7134 and now I can boot with 2.6.24-16-generic kernel and
hald loads.
I tried to load saa7134 manually by 'sudo modprobe -v saa7134'
and I got this:
insmod /lib/modules/2.6.24-16-generic/kernel/drivers/media/video/v4l1-compat.ko
insmod /lib/modules/2.6.24-16-generic/kernel/drivers/media/video/v4l2-common.ko
insmod /lib/modules/2.6.24-16-generic/kernel/drivers/media/video/videodev.ko

install /sbin/modprobe --ignore-install saa7134 && { /sbin/modprobe -Qb

insmod /lib/modules/2.6.24-16-generic/ubuntu/media/saa7134/saa7134.ko
insmod /lib/modules/2.6.24-16-generic/ubuntu/media/saa7134/saa7134-alsa.ko

and more in the syslog, which is attached below.
I just hope it will be fixed before final version of Hardy.
Thanks again.
