Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libsoprano-dev

In order to compile KDE 4 SVN, I installed libsoprano-dev from the
repositories. However, it is an older version, and the required version
is in kdesupport. So, I decided to remove libsoprano-dev. However,
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/soprano.pc was not removed! Since I installed KDE 4
in my home directory, the old .pc file was not overwritten, and as a
result, kdelibs thought I had version 2.0.3 installed. Not fun.

** Affects: soprano (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
