You network card is properly listed in this lspci output. In the description, you said that your network card does not appear in lspci outputs under kubuntu. Can you type the same command under kubuntu and attach your lspci-nnvv.txt file?
Also the link you used to install drivers for your network card offer two possibilities, ndiswrapper and a native driver. Which method do you use?
