Public bug reported:
As a web developer, it was very useful in Gutsy to have a development
package of Mozilla Firefox (firefox-3.0) to start testing applications
in the next version of Ubuntu's default browser.
What also would be useful is to have development packages of PHP in
Intrepid for programmers to start testing their applications in php-5.3
and php-6.0.
