Hi Pedro,
Just thought I would post the output from my Asterisk box, I initiated a call
from Ekiga (9731) to extension 9700 (Desk Phone) and I am transmitting H.261
data from Ekiga even though the desk phone cannot receive it. This is what
happens..
Executing [EMAIL PROTECTED]:13] Dial("SIP/9731-082d2c58",
"SIP/9700|20|WwTtKk") in new stack
-- Called 9700
-- SIP/9700-082e69d0 is ringing
-- SIP/9700-082e69d0 answered SIP/9731-082d2c58 <----- Call lasts about
15-20 Seconds
[Apr 14 09:52:48] WARNING[3689]: chan_sip.c:1948 retrans_pkt: Maximum retries
exceeded on transmission [EMAIL PROTECTED] for seqno 2 (Critical Response)
[Apr 14 09:52:48] WARNING[3689]: chan_sip.c:1972 retrans_pkt: Hanging up call
[EMAIL PROTECTED] - no reply to our critical packet.
== Spawn extension (macro-stdexten, s, 13) exited non-zero on

== Spawn extension (macro-stdexten, s, 13) exited non-zero on

Even after this , Ekiga is still up but the other handset (9700) has now
cleared the call.
It may also be of some use but Ekiga takes significantly longer to startup when
the Webcam is attached but not only that, when a call is sent to 9731(Ekiga)
and you press 'ACCEPT' to take the call, the acknowledge is not sent to
Asterisk and the call eventually times out and goes to voicemail.
