Wiki is currently broken, doing MIR review here. It's a tiny package
anyway.

 - Rationale: enables networking for Broadcom Wifi users, which are a lot.
 - Relatively simple wget/debconf wrapper to grab firmware from existing known
location and install it; can also extract it from a MacOS or other driver CD.
 - Proven to work for a lot of users.
 - Asks debconf question whether to download the firmware, which is justified
in this case IMHO. Has jockey integration for ease of use.
 - Simple dependencies, all in main (glibc, wget, debconf)

Approved and promoted.
