I started installer with the command 'ubiquity -d', and get debug log.
Attaching.

This log includes as follows:
Apr 14 07:23:20 debconf (filter): widget found for console-setup/variant
debconf (developer): <-- METAGET console-setup/variant choices-c
debconf (developer): --> 1 Japan - Kana, Japan - OADG 109A, Japan
debconf (developer): <-- GET console-setup/variant
debconf (developer): --> 1 Japan
debconf (developer): <-- GET console-setup/modelcode
debconf (developer): --> 1 pc105
Apr 14 07:23:20 ubiquity: Setting keyboard layout: pc105 jp,jp 106,
['grp:alt_shift_toggle']

But model code "pc105" is bad for Japanese keyboard. This should be
"jp106".
