Public bug reported:
After upgrading to Hardy it looks like the Fn + Up / Down keys generate
multiple events, so the brightness goes up or down a few levels instead
of just one. This is probably a bug in hal, but i'm not sure. I'm
running the 64bit 2.6.24.16 on a Dell Inspiron 1520.
