The driver seems to be buggy. The monitor does not provide any DDC
information, and then the driver uses these values by default:
(II) SAVAGE(0): Configured Monitor: Using hsync value of 0.00 kHz
(II) SAVAGE(0): Configured Monitor: Using vrefresh value of 0.00 Hz
which, obviously, is going to fail..
