Public bug reported:
Thinkpad T60 with ATI Radeon FireGl and fglrx proprietary driver
installed from system (i.e. not downloaded from AMD and manually
installed: the fglrx driver was installed by selecting the proprietary
driver from the KDE kubunto desktop).
The good news: suspend works.
The bad news: shutdown hangs with a Black Screen of Death. Hard power
cycle is required to unhang & power off.
