Hi Bryce,
The -i386 being installed rather than the -generic flavor is related to
bug 188579. I see you mentioned that after installing the appropriate
-generic kernel flavor the issue is resolved. Did you still want to
debug the -386 kernel issue or did you just want to close this report
since you mention you don't use that flavor. Let us know. Thanks.
