well, i did an "apt-get install tellico", and it didn't warn me about
authentication (unlike the GUI previously), and install went well. So
either I dreamt the warnings, they were fixed in the meantime, or they
were shown by the GUI only -synaptic and update-manager) for some
reason.
anyway, marking the bug as "rejected".
