Does the bug still appear with the newest kernel? If yes, please add the whole output of dmesg (just attach /var/log/dmesg to the bug). Just for safety, check that CONCURRENCY is not set to "shell" in /etc/init.d/rc to make sure it's not a duplicate of bug #149881.
