Public bug reported:
Kwin doesn't make any sound when I move between desktops neither when I
minimize windows, etc.
I'm on Hardy Heron at April 15th. However I can listen to music. It's strange
because I have the notification sound enabled, and it worked on Gutsy, but when
I upgraded, it stopped working.
I've said Kwin to say an example, but i have the same problem with
Kopete...
