Hello. I know you didn't read it but if you did you would realize that this ain't some bug that you can easily reproduce. Also, it happened a long time ago and I don't have hardy anymore.
Well, sorry for writing that much but it was my first report and this was a NASTY bug! -- System startup failed. Commandline was presented. Required manual file system check of the root filesystem.
