Can you attach the following files:
uname -a > uname-a.log
cat /proc/version_signature > version.log
sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log
Also, please attach a complete dmesg log which includes the error point (ie.
the point at which your PC display sleeps & then lock-up occurs).
