Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: phpbb2-conf-mysql
if phpbb2-conf-mysql is installed, attempts to use the gui to update
will fail.
Only alternative was to cancel, drop to terminal, and do sudo dpkg
--configure -a
Then CTRL+C when it failed again, causing it to continue leaving it
broken.
