I still don't quite understand this. Hal does not connect to the acpi
socket if /usr/sbin/acpid exists. So the only situation where this
breaks would be if hal starts up before acpid is even unpacked. This
could be avoided with adding a dependency to acpid to hal, but if that's
too ugly, maybe we can do something with Breaks: hal (<<...)?
