Actually, it is not as bad as I thought. You can in fact resume a
download after cancelling (it's called retry, but works the same as
resume). So I would not want to waste anyone's time with this bug.

Now I'm not sure what the difference between pause and cancel is. Maybe
canceled downloads get automatically cleaned up while paused ones are
kept?
