Binary package hint: ubiquity

The migration assistant code is using the xml in the .gconf directory directly, 
that is wrong because those might not be revelants when gconf-merge-tree has 
been used, in which case gconf is using one xml instead of the directory 
layout. 
The hardy installer imported some accounts which I've not been using for years 
rather than the current configuration
