you're right, i use the version 2.2 and this version definitly don't work.
i tested the version that is provided by you and this version work.
so i wonder if there is a chance to get the latest version of this
software running, and where the problem is. is it alsa/libasound or
wengophone 2.2 which has a bug?
anyway because your version of wengophone work, it would be interessting
to have an answere to my question,
