I tried this with the Full name as 'OEM configuration (temporary user)' in kickstart just as Ante said on a Gutsy install and after running oem- config-prepare and rebooting it accepts everything except for the new user password. The new user name must be typed at login but the password is still 'oem' so then the user must go to Users and Groups and manually change it. Let me know if there is something else I should attempt.
