Public bug reported:
Symptoms: (as of Hardy Alpha 4 or 5 (unsure) and including RC )
1. After logon - Hardy declares "failed to initialize hal"
2. WiFi (atheros) and Ethernet fails
3. Automounts fail (via RC LiveCD - unsure for Installed)
4. Power icon causes lockup
5. Oddly enough USB printer (Brother HL-2040) works despite USB keys not
mounting.
Solution (sort off):
1. Remove Winfast DTV2000H (Conexant CX23880 chipset)
