This happens when 6 channel audio is being played in mplayer and
pgup/pgdn seek is performed several times. x86-64, hardy, pulseaudio
0.9.10-1ubuntu1. In /etc/pulse/daemon.conf all options are commented out
except a single default-sample-channels = 6 option
