I was using KDE 3.5.2 and 3.5.3 on Kubuntu 6.06 LTS (Linux 2.6.15-27-k7) and
it wouldn't allow me to change anything. Just last night I updated to KDE
3.5.5 but it still doesn't do much of anything. I am now able to change the
resolution settings without errors about being untested, but I cannot click
Apply. Selecting "Second Screen" also does nothing to allow me to click
Apply.

Let me know if there is anything more that I can do for you!
